We have grown into a school of over 400 pupils from kindergarten to year 13 in Ōpāwa, Christchurch.

Our pervading ethos of quality is reflected in the enlivening architecturally designed buildings, the interrelationships of pupils and adults and the creativity of work presentation.

The Head, Heart, Hand maxim epitomises the balanced learning approach.

Truth, Beauty and Goodness are inner qualities that we aspire to live and learn by.

The school became a fully state-funded integrated school in 1989 and balances a Steiner curriculum with all the achievement objectives the New Zealand Curriculum Framework.

Our school is committed to ‘whole person’ education, quality teaching and learning, and spiritual wellbeing.

We offer an individualised and integrated educational pathway for all learners from kindergarten through to year 13 (Class 12). Quite simply, our approach is unhurried and endowed with beauty, truth, and goodness.

We consider enrolments at all stages of a learner’s education journey.

Hi, I’m Kim and I work with a great team to help individuals, as well as small and not so small businesses get their message, product and services to the world using digital media and creating wonderful websites that don’t cost the earth.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.

The digital world is never static and neither are we.

And I say ‘we’ because I work with an awesome group of talented people who I gather together as required to complete a project. Whatever your business, not-for-profit or individual needs are we gather the best team to get the job done.
